I've been trained one-to-one by KATY JOBBINS - the UK's number one Permanent Makeup Artist. Katy has won numerous awards including 'MENTOR OF THE YEAR' and is widely regarded as THE BEST THERE IS in the industry - she's even been on TV. You can have confidence that I'm trained to the best possible standard.

Training intensely on a one-to-one basis allowed me to refine my skills and have the most input possible from Katy.

During my training I was able to gain an in depth understanding of not only the procedures but also the products I use for my clients. I'm able to help you create the best look, colour and style to suit.

Before Your PMU

Appointment



• Book your consultation so we can complete your patch test a minimum of 24 hours beforehand.
• Please avoid alcohol and coffee ideally for 24 hours to prevent bleeding during your procedure.
• Avoid any blood thinners for 24 hours.
• Avoid any face creams containing retinol for 24 hours.
• Exercise should be avoided on the day of your appointment.
• Any invasive treatments around the brow area, such as Botox, microdermabrasion, or chemical peels, should be done 6 weeks before your brow procedure.
• Botox can be done a minimum of 3 weeks after your brow procedure.
• Waxing, tinting, or threading should be avoided for a minimum of 1 week before your appointment.
• No sunbathing or sun exposure for 2 weeks before and after your procedure.
• If you are going on holiday abroad, please book your appointment either 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after.
• Please make sure you eat before your brow procedure
• Unfortunately no Pregnant or breastfeeding ladies

Booking Policy

• You can book your consultation or procedure online via Facebook or Instagram, phone, or email.
• You must inform me if you already have permanent makeup done; I need to know how old it is and what type of procedure you've had.
• Please come to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I have another appointment booked after you, we will need to cancel your appointment.
• Please come to the appointment alone as there is no insurance policy in place for any other person to be present during the procedure except me and the client. You are more than welcome to bring someone with you for your consultation.
• The pre-appointment consultation is mandatory so we can go through paperwork, patch test, and more details of the procedure. Please fill out your consultation forms and disclose medical conditions with honesty.
• Please be aware that your appointment might not go forward based on your medical history.
• Please make sure you are familiar with the healing process so there is no disappointment. Your brows will go through different phases and some of them will not look great until the whole healing process is done. You will then have beautiful soft powder brows.
• Please note that results might vary. Everyone is different; therefore, results are not guaranteed and no refund will be issued. A 6-week top-up is included in price and might be required to boost the colour and achieve the desired result. Every effort will be made to ensure the client is happy with the end result. Brow drawing and colour must be approved by the client.
• Cancellations of your appointment or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior.
• It is the client's responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to achieve the best healing result.
• Please note that Health & Safety and council requirements are in place and up to date.
• You must be 18 years old; an ID document might be required. For lash lift and brow lamination, under 18s can be seen with a parental consent form ONLY.
• Payment will be taken after the procedure. Credit/debit cards or cash are accepted forms of payment.
